New for 2026, the Ted Runner Stadium parking lot is open to runners, right at the start and finish. Street parking north and west of the stadium works too. Several university roads close for the course, so plan to arrive by 7:00 for the Kids 1K or 7:30 for the 5K. Check-in and bib pickup on race morning are near the start, and the finish is on the grass in front of the stadium next to the lot.

Entry prices, fees included: 5K $39 with a canned food donation, $44 without. Kids 1K $23. Registration closes at the start of each race. Register on RunSignup.
Packet pickup

Redlands YMCA

Bibs, shirts, and the canned food drop are at the Redlands YMCA on the Tuesday and Wednesday before the race.

Pickup hours for 2026 are posted here and on Instagram in November. In past years pickup ran Tuesday afternoon into the evening and Wednesday midday. If you can't make either day, check in race morning from 6:30 am and bring your cans then.

Shirts

Everyone registered before Wednesday, November 25 gets a race shirt at pickup. Register on or after that date and we'll do our best, but a shirt isn't guaranteed. This year's shirt is the sunrise design at the top of the home page.

Canned food drive

$5 off and a full shelf

Choose the canned food option when you register, bring a can or two to packet pickup or race morning, and your 5K entry is $39 instead of $44.

Donations go to Inland Harvest, which collects surplus food across the Inland Empire and moves it to hunger-relief programs the same day. Skip glass, and anything open or expired.

Timing and awards

The 5K is chip timed by Finished Results Professional Timing. Results post online after the race. Awards at 9:00 am go to the top 3 overall finishers and the top 3 in each age group.
